Reception

Our receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and they are the initial contact point for general inquiries from patients. They provide basic information on services and can direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Our receptionists book the majority of routine patient appointments. In addition, they undertake other important administrative tasks such as the appointment diary, processing new registrations and medical records, dealing with general inquiries, taking messages and helping patients whenever possible. They are trained in issues such as of health and safety, equality and diversity, infection control, information governance and confidentiality, they have a wealth of knowledge and information to be tapped into and can guide patients wherever needed. We are in the process of recruiting two part-time receptionists to join the team.
